REGIONE FVG Il Tar Trieste ha dato ragione all’Apei in un ricorso avverso la delibera di Giunta regionale del Friuli-Venezia Giulia numero 1213 del 26 agosto 2022 in merito ai requisiti professionali della professione di educatore professionale socio-pedagogico. Con questo provvedimento il Tar prevedeva che fino al 31 dicembre 2023 i gestori potessero derogare al reperimento di educatori professionali socio-pedagogici con personale in possesso di una laurea sociale a piacere, e in particolare “laurea a ciclo unico in scienze della formazione primaria o lauree triennali o magistrali in: servizio sociale, psicologia, sociologia, mediazione linguistica e culturale, scienze politiche”. ASSOCIAZIONE, PEDAGOGISTI, EDUCATORI PROFESSIONALI SOCIO PEDAGOGICI, ITALIANI, ASSEMBLEA APEI NATIONAL ASSEMBLIES The Assembly of Members is the body that decides the line of the association. Its function is described in article 12 of the Apei Statute. The Assembly is ordinarily convened once a year for the approval of the final and estimated budget or extraordinarily if requested by two thirds of the regional, provincial and city presidencies. All members in good standing with the membership fees participate in the National Assembly. There are no proxies. All members have the right to cast their vote, also through electronic voting methods, which are regulated from time to time by the National Council. After protests, press releases, hearings and bills, we have finally reached the first real recognition of the profession. The Puglisi bill, currently being examined by the parliamentary committees of the Senate, recognizes us as the only figures responsible for the management of educational services in the 0-6 range. To be employed in the new structures that will come to life following the approval of the 1260 Bill it will be compulsory to graduate !!! The passage that interests us is reported below. "In paragraph 2, replace letter e) with the following: "E) promotes the quality of the educational offer by making use of personnel with university qualifications in the educational or pedagogical field and by guaranteeing the continuous qualification of all personnel, the collegial dimension of work and the pedagogical coordination of services at the territorial level". Consequently to article 6, paragraph 1, replace letter c) with the following: "C) the university qualification in the educational or pedagogical field of the staff of all services of the integrated system for children". Object of the Agreement: The object of this agreement is the registration of subjects belonging to the APEI Association to the courses promoted by "UNIPEGASO", a body accredited as an info point for telematic universities. ASSOCIAZIONE PEDAGOGISTI EDUCATORI ITALIANI - Le professioni di Pedagogista ed Educatore professionale socio-pedagogico ai sensi della Legge 205/2017. La Pedagogia: la Scienza dell' Educazione e della Formazione dell' Uomo. Le professioni di Educatore professionale socio-pedagogico e Pedagogista rientrano nella medesima famiglia professionale, il loro oggetto di studio ed attività è l’educazione e formazione dell'Uomo lungo tutto l'arco della sua vita, per l'armonico sviluppo della personalità e del potenziale umano, in una prospettiva di crescita personale e sociale. La formazione universitaria si realizza per l’Educatore professionale socio-pedagogico nella Laurea Triennale in Scienze dell'Educazione e della Formazione e per il Pedagogista nella Laurea Magistrale abilitante in Scienze Pedagogiche o una delle altre Lauree previste della Legge 205/2017. Sul piano dell’architettura europea delle professioni (EQF) la qualifica dell’Educatore professionale socio-pedagogico rientra nel livello 6, quello del Pedagogista al livello 7. I due profili sono complementari ed indipendenti e sono regolamentati dalla Legge 205/2017 (commi 594-601) e della L. 145/2018 (comma 517) che individuano i requisiti e gli ambiti di intervento. Si tratta di professioni che operano ai sensi della Legge n. 55/2024 . Educatore professionale socio-pedagogico L’Educatore professionale socio-pedagogico è il professionista dell'Educazione e della Formazione dell'Uomo, che svolge funzioni intellettuali con propria autonomia scientifica e propria responsabilità deontologica. La professione di educatore comprende l’uso di strumenti conoscitivi specifici di ordine teorico e metodologico in funzione di intervento e di valutazione educativa, indirizzati alla persona e ai gruppi, in vari contesti educativi e formativi, per tutto il corso della vita. Comprende altresì le attività di didattica, ricerca e sperimentazione. Profilo professionale Pedagogista Il Pedagogista è lo specialista dell'educazione e della formazione dell'Uomo, professionista di livello apicale che svolge funzioni intellettuali con propria autonomia scientifica e propria responsabilità deontologica.
