THE "OWNER" OF THE TREATMENT

Consultation of this site involves the release of information and personal data. The "owner" of their treatment is APEI Associazione Pedagogisti e Educatori Italiani, based in Via Linea Ferrata 57/2 - 90046 Monreale (Pa), in the person of the National President and Legal Representative.

 

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The treatments connected to the online services of this site take place at the aforementioned APEI headquarters and are only handled by the technical staff in charge of the processing, or by any persons in charge of managing the online services of maintenance operations.

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Registration data

The information requested during registration will be used to allow access to the APEI online services. Furthermore, since registration is a prerequisite for accessing online services, the personal data of members, advertisers supporters, having made the choice of the service and following further information, will be processed for the purposes connected and / or functional to the chosen service. If the selected services are managed by third parties, the data will be communicated to the individual managers. The latter operate as "owners" for the processing connected to the provision of the services within their competence.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are kept for the times defined by the relevant legal regulations. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

TECHNICAL COOKIES

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service ".

They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner or manager. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website.

PROFILING COOKIES

Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the net. Due to the particular invasiveness that such devices may have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation provides that the user must be adequately informed about their use and thus express their valid consent.

In general, each browser allows the user to deactivate third-party cookies aimed at allowing online advertising based on the user's interests.

 

THIRD PARTY COOKIES

HOW TO DISABLE COOKIES

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Personal data will be processed by means of IT / telematic tools and for purposes connected and / or instrumental to online services and any others or for simple navigation on the site, as established by current Italian legislation; in particular:

- to make it possible to provide the service;

- to make it possible to carry out the legal obligations envisaged.

The data will be processed by means of tools and / or methods aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data, in compliance with the provisions of articles 33 and following of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196.

 

COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The "owner" reserves the right to communicate the personal data provided by the user to:

- law enforcement agencies, public authorities or legal advisors in relation to alleged crimes or violations of the conditions of use, or in the cases provided for by law.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or the rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
